You can delete your account through one of two ways:
On the Budget app: Log into the app, enter the Account tab. Scroll to the bottom of the screen then click the ‘Delete Account’ button. You will be prompted with a disclaimer on the consequences of deleting your account. Clicking ‘Yes, delete my account’ at the bottom will delete the account.
On the Budget website: Contact our Database Team at database.bracnz@abg.com. Please provide your Fastbreak/RapidRez number, full name, and your postcode, date of birth or the last 4 digits of your drivers licence to verify. Once sent, a Database agent will assist to cancel your account.
