General Directions
AIRLINE PASSENGERS: Airline customers take airside shuttle to the main terminal and proceed to the SkyConnect station for transportation to the rental car center. International Arrivals- Follow *To Terminal* signs. Then follow *Rental Cars* signs to the Sky Connect station. At the SkyConnect station, board the cars to the rental car center. Domestic arrivals - Follow *To Baggage Claim* signs then follow *Rental Cars* signs to the sky connect station. At the SkyConnect station board the cars to the rental car center. Travel time from the main terminal SkyConnect station to the rental car center is approximately 3-4 minutes.,WALK-UP RENTERS: Follow airport signs for "Short Term Parking" and then proceed to the SkyConnect station for transportation to the rental car center. Proceed inside to locate the Avis counter. Rental cars are parked in the parking garage adjacent to the rental counter.
After-hours Returns
How it Works: Lock the vehicle and place the keys in the key drop box for After Hours Returns located in the return area. Don't forget to remove all your belongings from the vehicle prior to returning the keys. A vehicle that is returned after hours will be checked in when the location opens the next business day. If returning after hours when a location is closed, the customer is responsible for the vehicle until the satisfactory check in of the rental vehicle the next business day.
