Effective 15MAY24: COUNTER: The rental office is located inside the Galleria at Crystal Run mall and customers should proceed inside the southeast mall entrance between 110 Grille and Billy Beez. The mall is near the cross streets of Ballard Rd and Galleria Dr. VEHICLES: On-site. Located right outside the southeast entrance. RETURNS: Same as pick-up. AFTER-HOURS RETURNS: Not available. Rental vehicle must be returned during office hours. Previous Address before 15MAY24: The office was located at 86 Cottage St, Middletown, NY 10940.
